Vinum is a small, individually operated wine importing firm, established in 1980 by Angelo Cane, who is still in charge today. The concept was to pay great attention to quality and individuality, concentrating on Italian wine producers and supplying restaurants and hotels, rather than the retail market, so maintaining exclusivity. He has been very successful in that Vinum wines are found throughout the best Italian venues in London. We have been associated with Vinum since its inception, and thus still enjoy their excellent product and efficient service as far afield as Swanage!
